Description

Cybersecurity is everyone’s business. This course provides an overview of strategies for how to protect your organization’s electronic assets, and covers basic Cybersecurity principles and techniques. First, we address the common sources of Cybersecurity threats and actions you can take to reduce the probability of a breach. You’ll also learn the possible consequences of a breach and how to respond to one, if and when it happens.

You’ll hear a compelling story about Cybersecurity (without going into technical detail) and explore various kinds of online threats, attacks, and other dangers. Then, dive into the practical aspects of keeping yourself and your organization secure from common threats such as phishing, whaling, pharming, and social engineering.

Before and after the course, you’ll evaluate your own Cybersecurity awareness through an online assessment – a critical input to your personal action plan for when you get back to work!
