This course explores the DMAIC process in depth and enables you to achieve IIL's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
DMAIC is an iterative process that gives structure and guidance to improving processes and productivity in the workplace: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. These steps are the foundation of Lean Six Sigma and are essential to any process improvement initiative.
With a real-world project focus, this course will teach you how to apply the DMAIC steps and appropriate analysis tools to analyze and improve key metrics of a business. You will learn how to establish the right metrics, study and reduce variation, and improve and optimize processes – resulting in better performance, fewer errors, and increased efficiency and productivity.
